Compensation, Benefits & Clinical Support

Competitive Compensation – Strong salary based on experience and clinical background.

Stability & Security – Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, employer-paid life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a generous employer contribution toward medical insurance.

Scheduling Flexibility – We work with our clinicians to provide scheduling flexibility whenever possible while meeting the needs of our patients and team.

Program Development Opportunities – Help develop and expand OT programming related to sensory integration, feeding therapy, reflex integration, self-regulation, and interdisciplinary care.
