We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our regional team. This person willbe responsible fordriving ResMed brand prescriptions and managing strong relationships with our company's key clients.

The ideal candidate for this role would belocatedwithin a reasonable distance ofDetroit, Michigan.

Key deliverables include planning,positioningand strategic marketing of ResMed solutions with referral sources, including but not limited to physicians, sleep labs andother. In addition, building rapport with clients to drive adoption of ResMed brand as clinical preference.

  • Drive durable ResMed brand prescriptions,identifyreferral opportunities, and increase patient funnel byleverageexisting solutions

  • Develop andmaintainsolid relationships and engagement with clients to drive ResMed branded prescriptions as direct clinical and operational preference

  • Acquirea thorough understanding of client and patients' needs to instill ResMed branded solutions from beginning to end of patient's journey and to reduce fallout in the patient journey

  • Shift client's clinical preference from diagnosis basis to patient's long-term success

  • Plan and execute strategies with specialists to drive client adoption of ResMed branded solutions

  • Collaborate with support teams throughsalesprocess and long-term implementation of solution(s) using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Professionally represent ResMed as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.

  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
