In your role as Deputy Head of International Account Management, you actively support the leadership and development of the account management team and act as a substitute for the Head of Department during their absence. You serve as a key coordination interface between customers, production planning, IT, and procurement, making a significant contribution to the successful execution of customer projects and technical integrations.

Your Tasks
  • Supporting the further development and performance of the account management team
  • Strategic management of existing key accounts with overall responsibility for customer satisfaction
  • Planning and coordinating customer system integrations via API interfaces in close collaboration with Production, Procurement, and IT
  • Managing department-specific and cross-departmental projects
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient process and order handling from data intake through to shipping
  • Analyzing production and performance data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Preparing reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitoring costs, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and system structures
