Job description

SUMMARY
The Manager of Arena Partnership Strategy will play an integral role in owning and overseeing the asset matrix, developing partnership platforms, sales materials, valuation models, and strategic marketing concepts that support corporate partnership sales and long-term partner success. This position will bridge sales, marketing, operations, and activation teams to create compelling sponsorship solutions for prospective and existing partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop partnership concepts, valuation models, and custom sponsorship platforms.
Create proposals, presentations, inventory summaries, and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify category opportunities and prospect strategies.
Conduct research on industry trends, sponsorship benchmarks, and competitive properties.
Assist in developing integrated partner marketing programs across arena assets.
Manage, maintain and own asset matrix.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather inventory and package opportunities.
Develop reporting tools and insights that support partnership performance and sales effectiveness.
Lead category analysis and target development efforts.
Any other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
Experience building client-facing presentations and business cases.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills are required.
Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required.
4-6+ years of sponsorship strategy, partnership marketing, consulting, or sports marketing, or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to maintain appropriate Alcohol Awareness card.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and standing, and occasionally walking during the duration of their shift.
Must be able to occasionally push/pull 25lbs or less.
The team member will occasionally have repetitive use of both hands.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
