What You’ll DoBecome a Strategic Client Partner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients regarding Revenue Cycle operations
  • Build strong relationships with providers, leadership teams, and operational stakeholders
  • Lead recurring client meetings focused on Accounts Receivable performance, KPIs, and financial improvement opportunities
Drive Operational & Financial Success
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as DSO, aging claims, and reimbursement trends
  • Help clients resolve operational barriers that impact cash flow and timely reimbursement
  • Partner with internal billing teams to ensure efficient and accurate RCM processes
Lead Complex Projects & Problem Solving
  • Oversee billing reconstruction projects and complex claim correction initiatives
  • Coordinate solutions that maximize revenue recovery and improve operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
Support Growth & Client Onboarding
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation processes
  • Help standardize training tools, workflows, and customer success best practices
  • Contribute to scalable systems that support long-term company growth

QualificationsQualifications & Skills
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare billing, or collections required
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and healthcare reimbursement workflows
  • Experience managing client relationships and navigating escalations professionally
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, VA, private pay, and payer filing requirements preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Experience leading operational improvements or process initiatives is a plus
