Job description

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency best known for our work on Hyundai, is looking for a Manager, Data Analytics to help lead our CRM team!

The Manager, Data Analytics is responsible for leading data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The ideal candidate combines a strategic analytics mindset with strong technical expertise, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights that influence business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES  
Analytics & Insights
•    Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights that influence marketing strategy
•    Demonstrates strong expertise in analytical methodologies, using advanced tools and techniques to approach data thoughtfully and transform complexity into clarity.
•    Serve as a strategic partner to Brand Management, Strategy, Creative, UX, and Technology teams by translating insights into guidance that drives smarter planning, more effective media, and stronger creative outcomes.
•    Champion the cause of effective marketing by leveraging data, advanced analytics, and performance measurement to uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and guide optimization across the full customer journey.

Measurement & Optimization
•    Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring across CRM, digital, and media channels
•    Own and scale A/B and multivariate testing strategies across CRM and digital channels to measure incrementality, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement.
•    Optimize marketing performance by identifying growth opportunities, diagnosing inefficiencies, and recommending actions that improve effectiveness across the customer journey.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to denable customer-first measurement strategies, including identity resolution and cross-channel attribution

Data Strategy & Infrastructure
•    Partner with data engineering and Martech teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and integration
•    Define data requirements and ensure proper tracking/tagging across platforms
•    Contribute to building a single source of truth across marketing and customer data

Leadership & Collaboration
•    Manage and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and accountability
•    Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, CRM, Media, and Product teams
•    Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients

REQUIREMENTS 
•    5–8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, data science, or a related field 
•    Proficient in SQL and Python or other programming languages
•    Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud, CDP, and/or CRM data 
•    Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks, including ROI, attribution, CAC, and LTV 
•    Experience building dashboards and executive-ready reporting using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools 
•    Experience analyzing large, complex, multi-source datasets across CRM, web, and paid media channels 
•    Experience designing and analyzing advanced analytics use cases, such as propensity modeling, incrementality testing, and performance forecasting 
•    Proficiency in website analytics and data platforms, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, BigQuery, and Adobe Sensei
•    Working knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration patterns, and structured data environments

Salary range: $140,000 to $150,000  
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
