As an Account Specialist - Aftermarket, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving aftermarket revenue growth. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory, build strategic partnerships, and directly influence business growth while collaborating with a highly experienced Light Industry Sales Team.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new customers through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

  • Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital engagement strategies.

  • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to uncover customer needs and business opportunities.

  • Develop targeted plans to expand aftermarket sales within assigned accounts and territories.

Build and Maintain Customer Relationships

  • Establish trusted partnerships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product recommendations, and support needs.

  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty.

  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Deliver Consultative Sales Solutions

  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based sales discussions.

Qualifications:

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across functional teams.

  • Proficiency with CRM and business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to travel locally up to 10%.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience selling industrial, manufacturing, aftermarket, service, or technical products.

  • Knowledge of water treatment, water chemistry, filtration, purification, or related technologies.
