Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent

Strata Group

Apopka, FL

Job description

You're not new at this.

You've done the deals. You've built the database. You've figured out how to close. And somewhere along the way you also became your own marketer, your own transaction coordinator, your own ISA, your own admin, and the person paying $2,000 – $5,000 a month out of pocket just to keep the leads coming in.

The ceiling on your business isn't your effort. It's your infrastructure.

That's what Strata Group was built to fix.

We're one of Florida's fastest-growing real estate teams with over $250 million in volume last year. We are actively bringing on experienced agents in the Jacksonville market.

What experienced agents have done after joining Strata:

  1. Claire scaled from $5.4 million in volume in 2024 to $14.5 million in 2025, her first full year on the team.
  2. Jenn cut nearly $10,000 a month in overhead and lead costs the moment she joined, making her take-home dramatically more.

The pattern is consistent. Agents who were already good at this stop hitting their old ceilings the moment the back-end gets handled for them.

What changes for you on Day 1:

You stop paying for your own leads. Our team-funded pipeline replaces what you're currently writing checks for every month:

  1. Top Zillow Preferred Team — we're one of the top Zillow Preferred teams in Florida, with live buyer tour requests routed directly to our agents
  2. Live transfer leads — phone-ready leads handed off while they're still on the line
  3. Realtor.com Market VIP leads — active buyers and sellers searching the MLS in your market right now. These zip-code-zoned leads convert at up to 3-5x the industry average.
  4. PPC campaigns — team-funded paid ads driving inbound buyer and seller inquiries
  5. Strata Offers cash offer seller pipeline — our in-house guaranteed cash offer program generates dozens of listing opportunities for team agents each month
  6. Inside Sales Agent team — ISAs pre-qualify and warm up prospects before routing them to you, so you're stepping into conversations that are ready to move

You stop running the back-end of your own business:

  1. Listing Coordinator — handles your listing intake, photography scheduling, sign install, marketing rollout, and showing feedback so you can spend your time in front of sellers, not in front of a screen
  2. Contract Concierge — you'll never have to write your own contract or addendum again. Send us the terms, you'll have a reviewed contract back in minutes
  3. Transaction Coordinators — once your contract is okayed, our in-house team sends it out for signatures, manages every party through closing, and gets you paid. You stay focused on the next deal.
  4. Marketing Team — your listings get the marketing they deserve without you building any of it yourself

When you join Strata Group you keep more of what you make:

  1. No monthly fees.
  2. No desk fees.
  3. No technology fees.
  4. No setup fees.
  5. You're not paying to exist on a roster.
  6. You're not paying for tools that may or may not work together.
  7. You're not paying for leads.
  8. You stop subsidizing your own business and start running it.

The infrastructure is already built:

  1. Office space — in your market when you want it. Work from the field or from home when you don't. Results are what matter.
  2. Business Phone Number Email — You'll be able to easily keep your personal life and business separate because on day one, we will provide you with a business number and email address to use.
  3. Headshots — Each month, we offer the opportunity for our agents to get new headshots. This way, your marketing materials can stay fresh.
  4. Business Cards — When you connect with someone, you'll want to have a business card to share with them. We provide your first set!
  5. Personalized Page on Team Website — We want to help you build your own name in this industry. We provide a custom page of our team site just for you. This will help you build your name and brand.
  6. Follow Up Boss (a customer relationship management tool aimed to help you stay in contact with your leads, so you can stay top of mind and close more deals),
  7. Fello (a platform for automatically nurturing and tracking your leads so you don't miss future business opportunities),
  8. Custom home-search app so you can see every house your clients are looking at in their free time and know exactly which homes to show them.
  9. Custom team app so you've got every resource you need to conduct your business at your fingertips while you're busy in the field. You'll have things like Contract Concierge, vendor contact information, mentor messaging, and MLS information, right there when you need it.

Sharpening, not training:

You don't need a 20-module beginner course. What you do need is a room full of agents at your level. We have it.

Weekly sales meetings, daily huddles, role-play and situational masterminds, and Strata Live, a 2-hour open virtual room twice a week where you can drop in and get real-time answers from leadership, our managing partner, and top producers. No appointment needed. Pipeline reviews and negotiation support are available whenever you need them.

This is peer-level sharpening, not entry-level instruction.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers.
  2. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
  3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  4. Host open houses and show homes.
  5. Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.
  6. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  7. Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Qualifications

  1. Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and building a client base.
  2. Ability to effectively utilize CRM systems for managing client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  3. Proven track record of conducting successful buyer and seller consultations, leveraging provided scripts and frameworks.
  4. Ability to showcase properties through engaging open houses and showings, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  5. Experience working collaboratively with transaction teams to ensure accurate and efficient paperwork completion.
  6. Strong local knowledge of Jacksonville, FL, to answer client questions about homes and neighborhoods.
  7. Ability to build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them to their dream home.

Compensation

$120,000+
