At Stories Coffee Company we know that people love coffee. That's why we make it our mission to serve a quality product with world-class customer service. As a Front of House Crew Member, you'll be the one to wow our customers with your register or drive-through skills as you take their order. Or you will help our baristas hand-craft our signature drinks that we serve with a smile.

Requirements

  • Greet customers in person as they walk in, interacting in a warm and friendly way.
  • Enter the customer's orders in the POS system. Collect payment from guests and make change.
  • Prepare all cold drinks including cold brews, smoothies, blended affogatos, refreshers, iced teas, etc.
  • Prepare drip coffee and hot teas.
  • Learn how to Barista and work as a team by assisting others in finishing drinks.
  • Serve finished drinks to customers. 
  • Maintain a food handlers permit and adhere to food safety standards
  • Wash dishes, keep work stations clean, brew coffee
  • Prepare and serve all of our food offerings.
  • Prep and package all DoorDash and online orders.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5:30pm. We are not open on weekends and we will close on all bank holidays.
