What You'll Do
โ€ข Work as part of a team on water, fire, and mold remediation projects
โ€ข Conduct detailed damage assessments and develop action plans
โ€ข Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
โ€ข Perform demolition when necessary (e.g., baseboards, drywall, flooring)
โ€ข Oversee moisture mapping and job documentation (paperwork & digital)
โ€ข Communicate clearly with customers throughout the project
โ€ข Uphold company standards and ensure high-quality restoration work
