Job description

We need individuals that display a friendly demeanor and are excited to achieve positive results! Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States. Our teams are professional, dependable essential workers and are a driving force to help our network stores continue to grow. You will act as a member of our Order Support Desk team assisting assigned accounts across the nation by taking calls to offer products and services and answer customer questions.

YOUR FOCUS (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

Do you enjoy talking to others? Unafraid to approach guests to talk about the latest technology or services available to them? You will drive to ask questions openly when you need clarification and work with a team to handle inbound sales calls daily. Your upbeat attitude, motivation, drive and strong work ethic will be a necessity to succeed in this role. We are also looking for the Order Support Agent to: 

  • Sell competitively over the phone to achieve maximum sales and commission targets
  • Increase sales and business for assigned accounts
  • Stay up to date with Verizon's latest promotions
  • Learn how to schedule appointments for assigned accounts
  • Display proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills
  • Continually multi-task with multiple windows/programs
  • Occasionally speak with assigned account representatives on customer behalf
  • Communicate effectively
  • Maintain a working relationship with all internal partners
  • At all times maintain a secured work area and protect consumer information in a paperless and outside device-free environment
  • Follow all company safety & wellness protocols including pre-shift temperature check requirements
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by your manager

YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS):

Along with being a superior communicator over the phone, and having the innate ability to effectively reach a mass audience with effective sales tactics, we are looking for the Order Support Agent to bring the following: 

  • High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service or retail setting or equivalent understanding of customer service and sales
  • Previous sales experience or working in a commission sales role is highly desired
  • Speak fluent English clearly and concisely

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to remain at your workstation for extended periods of time
  • Work in an open call center environment
  • Ability to wear a face covering throughout a full work shift which covers your nose and mouth, or another sufficient alternative
