North Rising Star is expanding and we're looking for an enthusiastic In-Store Sales Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for an opportunity to develop valuable communication and business skills, we'd love to hear from you.
No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
About the Role
As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns from retail locations throughout the Minneapolis area. You'll engage with customers, build relationships, and help create a positive experience while introducing them to products, services, or charitable initiatives.
This is a customer-facing role where no two days are exactly the same.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Represent client campaigns in a professional and engaging manner. 
  •  Welcome and interact with customers inside retail locations. 
  •  Build rapport through confident, face-to-face communication. 
  •  Explain campaign information clearly and answer customer questions. 
  •  Support customers through registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where appropriate.
