JOB STATUS: Part-Time (16 hours per week; Fridays and two(2) Saturdays per month required)

LOCATION: Redwood Falls, MN


LOVE THRIFTING, HELPING PEOPLE, AND STAYING ACTIVE IN YOUR COMMUNITY? As a StoreAssociate, you'll play a key role in keeping thethrift store running smoothly, creating awelcoming shopping experience, andconnecting community members with valuableresources and support.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Processsales, handle payments, follow procedures,and support donation intake by sorting,pricing, and preparing items.
Create an Inviting Shopping Experience: Maintain a clean, organized store and assist with displays.
Engage Customers & Community: Providefriendly service, assist with purchases anddonations, and share resource information.
Support Volunteers & Teamwork: Work withvolunteers by guiding tasks and assisting withonboarding and training.
Handle Donations & Store Operations: Receivedonations, provide receipts, and ensure itemsare sorted and displayed properly.
Maintain Records & Financial Accuracy: Tracksales, complete deposits, and keep recordsaccurate and up to date.
