JOB PURPOSE:
The Stoe Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. A person in this drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.
DUTIES:
  • Build good relationships with customers.
  • Maximize store sales.
  • Connect store operations to NAPA's mission.
  • Lead and coach retail team.
  • Identify opportunities for growth.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to lead teams to achieve goals.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
