Postion Overview
Seeking a dynamic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional service for both staff and customers. The Store Manager will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational excellence in our quick service restaurant (QSR) setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Manage and create shift schedules to meet business needs and support staff work-life balance.
  • Oversee inventory and costs of goods sold to optimize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquires and resolve issues to ensure satifaction.
  • Support and implement company policies, procedures, and goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store enviorment.
  • Interviewing, hiring, train and developing new team members to build a strong, cohesive staff.
  • Conducting ongoing product training sessions to ensure consistent drink quality and outstanding customer service standards are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Previous QSR experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Outgoing, peronable, and committed to creating an amzaing for both staff and customers.
  • Experience in managing and creating shift schedules.
  • Understanding of costs of goods sold and inventory management.
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends.
  • Must be able to attend training for 2 weeks out of state.
