As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including hiring, training, coaching, merchandising, customer engagement, sales performance, and profitability. You will create a positive, inclusive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers while driving business results.

The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Qualifications
You will also have:
  • 2+ years of Store Manager experience in a similar-volume apparel business preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other store locations or attend district meetings, as needed.
