How does a Store Manager Sales Manager balance administrative duties with leading the sales team on the sales floor?

A Store Manager Sales Manager typically divides their time between overseeing daily store operations—such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting—and actively engaging with the sales team on the floor. Balancing these responsibilities often requires effective delegation, strong time management, and frequent communication with team members. This hands-on approach not only drives sales performance but also fosters a positive team environment and ensures operational efficiency.
