Ensure consistent customer service, establishing a good rapport with customers. Assist customers with selection and purchases. Work with staff and volunteers to maintain customer service standards through direct contact with customers.

Assist volunteers in the daily operation of the Gift Shop. Answer the phone, take and deliver phone orders using excellent phone skills. Record daily sales and report any discrepancies in the receipts or bank to management. Responsible for closing cash registers and the necessary paperwork including the reconciliation of cash receipts and deposits. Involvement in fiscal inventory process, responsible for precount, pre count analysis of department inventory and discrepancy reconciliation.

- Working in a fast paced retail environment with a focus on receiving inventory. Working with customers on sales floor, suggestive selling and restocking product.
