This role combines strategic territory planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven sales execution to meet business objectives while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for instruments, mandatory software, and ancillary products within the assigned territory.
  • Drive new business development by securing first-unit sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the existing account base through retention and growth strategies.
  • Partner with Inside Sales to align initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance.
  • Identify customer needs, coordinate accurate quotations through Salesforce/e-store, and support the preparation and delivery of compelling sales proposals.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and promote the company’s full portfolio of solutions across the assigned market.
  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on new customer acquisition, account growth, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the VP, Sales in reviewing sales performance data and defining action plans to improve results.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to Product Line Product Managers to support product development and forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver customer meetings, account plans, and sales presentations.
  • Engage with customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and online communication platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including prospects, contacts, activities, meeting notes, tasks, and pipeline status to ensure reliable forecasting.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, training, and development activities.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites as required.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance to support improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
