Job description

Retained by a $150MM+ privately held manufacturer of Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Surgical, Electrical, and Industrial components and assemblies. Looking for a Plant Manager – Director of Operations to run a $40MM plant in Northeastern New Jersey.

Prefer complex manufacturing experience in metals, plastics, stamping, injection molding, insert molding, precision machining, and/or assembly operations. IATF 16949, ISO 13485. BS Engineering or Journeyman foundations preferred. Stabil employment history required. 15 to 20+ years of diverse experience desired. Growing, profitable, great culture environment.
