- Has a High School Diploma/GED.
- Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
- Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
- Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
- Displays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.
- Exhibits ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed.
- Displays cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrates expertise and proven ability to lead general retail practices and procedures.
- Can work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
