Job description

Kellanova is looking for an Away From Home Sales Account Executive to help shape sustainable growth across Italy’s Away from Home (AFH) channels in a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid working 12-month fixed term contract role.

This role is built for someone who loves turning customer insight into smart, commercial action—bringing energy, clarity, and momentum to the accounts that matter most. You’ll sit at the heart of a snacks-led powerhouse, where bold thinking and winning together are part of everyday life.

Working with the Italy sales team, you will define and deliver the customer plan that drives profitable, sustainable growth in line with Kellanova’s commercial strategy. You can be based anywhere in Italy, with connection points that keep collaboration strong and decisions fast. This role is a great fit if you’re a confident builder who balances sharp negotiating with genuine partnership—someone who can be both decisive and supportive as you grow value share and customer performance.


A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the annual account plan: You will develop and implement the yearly plan for your assigned customers—setting clear priorities, aligning targets, and translating strategy into an executable roadmap that lands in-market.
  • Grow distribution and value share: Maximizing distribution for Kellanova’s assortment and elevate shelf presence, using commercial storytelling and in-store fundamentals to expand value share across categories.
  • Lead promotions and forecasting discipline: Driving promotion planning with a sharp eye on return on investment, and you will provide monthly sales forecasts that support production planning and keep supply aligned to customer demand.
  • Win through cross-functional teamwork: You will partner closely with Sales Finance, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Activation, Customer Service and other internal teams.
  • Deliver targets with pace and quality: You will own your assigned quantitative and qualitative sales targets—tracking performance, course-correcting quickly, and building confident, long-term customer relationships that unlock sustainable growth.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Fluent in Italian and English is necessary
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred
  • Experience within multinational FMCG company
  • Away From Home Key Account experience
  • Fundamental understanding of business planning and marketing plan knowledge

Compensation

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range of 37,520  - 51,010 Euro's. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay and general allowances. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in our core benefits, as well as a range of additional perks.
