REPORTS TO: Store Director
BASED AT: 100 Fairview Drive, College Station, TX
JOB SUMMARY
To acquire, develop and maintain relationships with our customers through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and excellent service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
  • Connects with customers in a friendly and meaningful way.
  • Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.
  • Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences, regardless of department or channel.
  • Use upselling techniques to increase store sales.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Courteously takes returns and offers options based on customer's needs.
  • Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms returns merchandise to other departments)
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the POS System and be able to ring up customer purchases.
  • Contributes to team effort by adhering to the company's core values of Adaptability, Genuine Passion, Growth and Development, Integrity, Excellence together and Service.

  • One Year progressively responsible retail or other service-related industry experience is preferred.
