YOUR LIFE AS AN EXECUTIVE CHEF

As an Executive Chef, you are responsible for the overall success of our daily kitchen operations. You manage kitchen shift operations effectively as well as ensure compliance with all culinary standards and food service regulations. You prepare and cook foods of all types and are always expanding and fine-tuning our menu to be top quality. Experimenting with new dishes and recipes is something you enjoy doing. Our customers know that when they dine with us you will deliver hot meals in a timely manner from your well-oiled kitchen team. Your team is always ready to make adjustments to recipes according to individual customers' needs. Using your fine culinary skills, you determine how food should be presented and create the most beautiful plating of each dish.

Keeping the kitchen organized is a top priority for you and your staff. Inventory is taken each day in order to be certain the kitchen is fully stocked. Orders are then placed for ingredients and supplies that are needed. Your team starts each workday by setting up the kitchen with needed utensils, cooking tools, and equipment that will be used throughout the shift.

To ensure consistent quality, you supervise all kitchen areas. Being a hands-on leader who leads by example, you share your culinary talents as you mentor staff. You empower kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service, and you interact regularly with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
