We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Store Development Coordinator to support the delivery of new stores, refurbishments, and brand rollouts across our network.

The Role You Could Play:

Reporting into the Head of Store Development, Facilities and Procurement, you will support the coordination and delivery of store projects across MECCA. You will:

  • Support the coordination of new store openings and refurbishments, including liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with project administration and collaborate with senior project managers to deliver stores on time and within budget
  • Manage and prioritise minor works across stores, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to teams and customers
  • Coordinate brand rollouts in line with Space and Range schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Monitor and reconcile project expenditure, including minor works and brand rollout costs

What You Will Bring:

You are a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, with exposure to project coordination, design, or negotiation
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach with solid financial and numeracy capability
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
