The General Manager is responsible for leading operational strategy and ensuring consistent, effective management across all store functions. This role oversees head office operations, supports revenue growth and retention, and drives overall performance standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, proven management skills, and a passion for the food & beverage industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership & Performance
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scalable brand growth while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Oversee all operational functions, including staffing, equipment oversight, inventory
  • management, service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

  • Monitor store performance to ensure strong cost control, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery of the company’s Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
  • Drive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and maximize profitability.

  • Lead planning and execution for new store openings within the New York market.
  • Coordinate construction timelines, budgets, and project milestones to ensure ontime, on budget delivery.
  • Ensure operational readiness for opening day, including staffing, training, product preparation, and system setup.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Marketing teams to support continuous improvement in store operations while adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store teams to maintain high performance, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage management experience; multiunit or chain based experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work a fulltime schedule that may exceed 40 hours per week based on business needs.
  • Valid documentation demonstrating eligibility to work in the country of employment.
  • Mandarin proficiency preferred.
