About the Role

In this hands-on role, youโ€™ll support daily property operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Youโ€™ll help customers find the space they needโ€”while keeping the office and property operating like a wellโ€‘oiled machine.


What Youโ€™ll DoSales & Customer Experience
  • Greet customers in person and by phone with professionalism and positivity
  • Assist customers with renting units, answering questions, and exploring storage options
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through great communication and followโ€‘up
  • Promote a welcoming, friendly environment every day
Office & Administrative Support
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare deposits
  • Track property performance and maintain essential documentation
  • Follow up with customers on late accounts following company guidelines
Maintenance & Property Care
  • Ensure the office, units, and grounds stay clean, organized, and safe
  • Perform light maintenance, custodial tasks, and restock supplies
  • Complete regular property inspections to maintain high standards
Team Support & Compliance

What Weโ€™re Looking For
