Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and oversee strategic marketing initiatives for loyalkaspar, driving the company's engagement with audiences, artists, and potential clients. The Coordinator will take charge of the company's PR, website, and social media, amongst other duties. The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in developing the voice and strategy of the company to expand its position as a leader in entertainment branding.
Our East coast office is located in an open-air space loft space in New York City, just a few blocks from the water and the trendy Stone Street dining area. Our team is tight- knit with a friendly, collaborative vibe.
Qualifications
KEY DUTIES
• Develop marketing strategies for all external-facing touchpoints of the loyalkaspar
brand (website, PR, social media, etc.)
• Curate, write, edit, organize, and maintain content for all of loyalkaspar's external
marketing touchpoints
• Work with the executive team to continually evolve, hone, and maintain the voice of the
loyalkaspar brand
• Work with creative teams to oversee the development of consistent brand messaging
and marketing materials from concept to delivery
• Interpret and analyze data to develop and recommend strategies and tactics
• Write and/or edit press releases, social media posts, blog posts, and case studies
• Update and maintain company website

ABOUT YOU
• 2 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Community Manager for a
production studio, agency, or similar entertainment-based company
• Expertise of social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and
Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Expertise in Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Buffer or a similar social media management tool
• Proficiency in Wordpress and an elementary knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge of and passion for the entertainment industry, specifically
television
• Excellent writing skills
• Commitment to personal excellence and ownership of high quality work
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think ahead, as well as be highly
collaborative and communicative
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Mac OS X, including Pages & Keynote , as well as Facebook and Twitter's
native insight dashboards and paid media / advertising capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Slack and Google for Work, including
Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field
