Job Description
  • Install Fabricated Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate
  • Modify/fabricate in the field and repair chips, scratches or defects in material as needed
  • Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks
  • Drill holes for fixtures as needed
  • Use hand tools; Grinders, saws, routers and sanders.
  • Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb, square & level)
  • Removal of existing countertops and backsplash as needed
  • Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field
  • Measure and cut to within 1/32 tolerance
  • Work to proper safety standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Installation and fabrication experience preferred
  • Experience using tools, measuring and cutting accurately preferred
  • Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment
  • A courteous, helpful attitude towards customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed and capable of staying on task with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivate and Intuitive-wise
  • Good Communication skills
