As a Stock Associate, you will embrace and promote the Ballard brand delivering an outstanding guest experience and performing operational responsibilities to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize their space.
  • You will report to the Receiving Manager.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Roswell, GA. location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service by promoting an environment that is, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members
  • Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance
  • Perform a variety of operational activities which included processing, labeling, and assembly of merchandise
  • Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of shipping and receiving, or stock room experience
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
  • Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
  • Work collaboratively on floor sets and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience
  • Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
