Kiawah Island Club is seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Server Assistant to join the team at B-Liner at the Beach Club. This position plays an essential role in supporting the dining experience by assisting servers, maintaining dining room organization, and ensuring members and guests receive exceptional service in a fast-paced beachfront restaurant environment. Rooted in the culinary vision of James Beard Award-winning chef Mike Lata, B-Liner celebrates fresh, local, and sustainable seafood and ingredients sourced from regional farmers, fishermen, and purveyors throughout the Southeast.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist servers throughout service to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables according to club standards
  • Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, and service stations
  • Stock supplies, polish silverware, and complete assigned side work
