From large-scale developments to small, fast-track interior fit-outs, Rycon is equipped to deliver a comprehensive range of services across all project types. Rycon's portfolio includes projects in aviation, healthcare, higher education, industrial/warehouse, commercial, multi-unit residential, student housing, food service/dining, data centers/mission critical, retail, financial, self-storage, government/municipality, and LEED facilities. We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.


We are seeking anexperienced Project Engineer forourPhiladelphiaoffice.

What you will do:

  • Working closely with superintendentsand project managerson the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Working with submittals, RFI's and RFCO's.
  • Assistingin contract buyouts.
  • Working with architects,engineersand subcontractors.
  • Developing project schedules and phasing plans.
  • Attending and documenting project meetings.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum oftwo (2)years'in the commercial construction field paired with a degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture or a related field.Will also consider a recent graduate that completed an internship in the construction field.
  • LEED AP certification is preferred but notrequired.
  • Computer Skills Required - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
