Partner Managers are the tip of the spear, leading the deal team through new redistribution sales and retention efforts. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you will be assisting in actively pursuing new business opportunity through operational excellence and will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals and retention of current revenue. The Partner Manager will build and maintain relationships while offering solutions that help clients achieve their business goals!
Role Responsibilities
โ€ข Responsible for strategic management of LSEG's most important Strategic Partner Accounts.
โ€ข Maintain solid understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest
โ€ข Drives gross sales by expanding LSEG's footprint and solution adoption primarily through redistribution deals
โ€ข Retains revenue by focusing on maintaining overall partner engagement and interest
โ€ข Handle internal and external partners and maintain networks to negotiate and close deals and scale the partner business
โ€ข Exhibits a strong sense of initiative and passion for the role
โ€ข Oversees all cross divisional activities within mature partner accounts, leading the end-to-end partner relationship
Qualifications and Experience Required
โ€ข Strong understanding of partners, redistribution commercials & partner usage models
โ€ข Strong understanding and experience of redistribution deal construction, contracting and governance requirements
โ€ข In-depth understanding of LSEG's customers & partners, their business models, and workflows (including specialist data)
โ€ข Relationship building expertise
โ€ข Shown ability to identify and monetize opportunities with new and existing clients
โ€ข Strong negotiation and interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to articulate complex propositions.
โ€ข Presentation and communication skills - ability to deliver presentations to executives and communicate at all levels within an organization
โ€ข Ability to effectively collaborate with sales team members globally

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $119,200 - $198,800.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
