At NVIDIA, we seek a Senior Stock Plan Administrator for our Global Stock Administration team in Santa Clara, CA. This role offers a chance to join a multifaceted organization leading AI and computing innovation. Your expertise will help coordinate flawless execution and ongoing improvement of our global equity programs. What you'll be doing:

  • Process RSU vesting events, including special cases such as accelerations for death or termination.

  • Coordinate monthly RSU grants and annual PSU and deferred stock awards.

  • Lead all aspects of annual PSU certification and ensure accurate alignment with performance metrics.

  • Handle LOA and part-time status changes in RSU awards and process voluntary grant rejections.

  • Support Founders Share issuances and maintain accurate reconciliation of share activity.

  • Complete monthly and quarterly stock-based compensation close processes, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, accruals, and disclosures.

  • Maintain and reconcile equity share pool balances; perform monthly reconciliations of shares outstanding and reserves with the transfer agent.

  • Partner with Payroll and Accounts Payable on W-2, 1099-MISC, and 1099-NEC reporting.

  • Prepare and review equity-related data for SEC filings, including 10Q, 10K, and Proxy statements, as well as D&O Questionnaires.

  • Document narratives, provide SOX control certifications, and respond to audit inquiries.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in equity administration, including at least 3 years in a public company environment.

  • Effective communication skills and a sharp eye for detail; well-organized with a focus on constant progress.

  • Proficient in Excel and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy.

  • Proven track record to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborators in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Deep understanding of equity instruments and global equity compliance.

  • Experience supporting global payrolls with equity transactions.

  • Background with Schwab EquiView and familiarity with global equity plan complexities.

  • Experience with automation of stock administration processes, including RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, deployment of AI tools and chatbots, Python scripting, deep familiarity with various LLMs, and hands-on experience with Databricks.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
