Responsibilities
  • Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional and attentive manner.
  • Supervises assigned table games and dealers on shift.
  • Responsible for dealer procedures, errors and fills during assigned shift.
  • Responsible for tracking players and game protection.
  • Corrects errors made by dealers on gaming tables.
  • Coaches and counsels' team when needed.
  • Resolves guest complaints/disputes.
  • Evaluates job performances of dealers.
  • Maintains a current and working knowledge of each Table Game in order to ensure quality guest service.
  • Ensures all promotions are implemented in accordance with gaming regulations and procedures.
  • Correctly completes all required paperwork per company procedure.
  • Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal and NIGC regulations.
  • Work nights, weekends, holidays and special events as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional guest service skills required.
  • Knowledge of Craps, Baccarat and Roulette is necessary, as is a working knowledge of Black Jack basic strategy.
  • Associate degree from two-year college or university; and two years of casino supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time through the duration of the shift with repetitive movement through fingers, hands and arms. Occasional reaching. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
