JOB SUMMARY

As a part-time Sticker Production Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in accurately processing sticker orders, guaranteeing precision in printing, and enhancing teamwork dynamics. Your role will also involve shrink-wrapping orders, packaging and shipping items, and managing any errors with a sense of responsibility and attentiveness. This is an in-person role in Tinley Park, IL and we'll handle the on-the-job training!ย 

We have two (2) shift available:
Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-8:00pm
or
Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm

Hours are subject to change during seasonality changes.ย 
Pay rate: $17.69

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurate and Speedy Order Fulfillment: Thoroughly review sticker orders to ensure completeness and accuracy in design, quantity, and customization details.
  • Neat Packaging: Skillfully shrink-wrap or package completed sticker orders with precision and care, maintaining an organized and visually appealing presentation. Ensure orders are securely packaged for shipping or delivery.
  • Workspace Organization and Collaboration: Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area. Communicate with others within the production department to exceed the expectations of customer orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some college experience is preferred; Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • High attention to detail - you'll need toย identifyย errors and inconsistencies in orders and prints.
  • Strong teamwork skills, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle mistakes with a responsible and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good attitude for effective collaboration and status updates.
  • Basic computer skills for order management systems.
  • Capable of alternating between sitting and standing, performing repetitive tasks, and fine manipulation with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Proficiency in basic mental math.
