This revolutionary mixture of cloud and semiconductor technology is being used by some of the worldโ€™s largest consumer, retail, food and pharmaceutical companies to change the way we make, distribute, sell, use and recycle products.

We are growing fast and need people that want to be part of the journey, commercializing Sensing as a Service and enabling โ€œIntelligence for Everyday Thingโ€.

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help customers successfully deploy and scale Wiliot solutions in real-world environments. This role combines solution engineering, technical deployment, and customer collaboration. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to design and implement solutions that integrate the Wiliot platform into customer operations.

Responsibilites

ยท Lead the technical deployment of Wiliot solutions with enterprise customers

ยท Translate customer workflows into technical solution architectures

ยท Design and implement endโ€‘toโ€‘end solutions using the Wiliot platform

ยท Build integrations, scripts, or prototypes for customer environments

ยท Troubleshoot deployment challenges and ensure reliable production implementations

ยท Run technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and architecture discussions

ยท Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field needs into product improvements

ยท Help customers expand and scale use cases across their operations


Requirements

ยท 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting

ยท Experience in customer-facing technical roles

ยท Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows

ยท Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

ยท Ability to operate independently in complex environments


Preferred Qualifications

ยท Experience with IoT systems, supply chain technology, or hardware-enabled platforms

ยท Experience designing technical architectures or integrations

ยท Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or scripting for integrations and automation

ยท Experience working with enterprise customers and production deployments
