Job Description Summary
This position seeks to hire a student with a work-study award. The desired timeline is Summer 2026 through Fall and Spring 26-27.
Assist the Annual Giving Office with administrative support, programs, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Support with donor acknowledgment for our Chapman Fund donors.
    • Validate stewardship mailings.
    • Make impactful stewardship calls to our donors.
    • Track stewardship project completion.
  • Data entry in our donor database, Salesforce/Affinaquest.
  • Document filing, mailing, printing, and data entry.
  • Event set-up and tear-down assistance.
  • Provide additional support as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Handle personal information with extreme confidentiality.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Take initiative and work under minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and friendly demeanor.
  • Dress professionally for an office setting.
  • Comfortable being on camera/recording donor thank you videos.
  • Ability to retrieve accurate information, learn support processes and systems, and problem-solve. Familiarity with web browsers and search engines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including documents, spreadsheets, presentation slides, and shared drives/folders.
  • Be available to work 3hr-5hr shifts during the following days/times:
    • Mondays, 8:30am-4:30pm
    • Tuesdays, 8:30am-4:30pm
    • Wednesdays, 8:30am-4:30pm
    • Thursdays, 8:30am-4:30pm
    • Fridays, 8:30am-4:30pm
