Job description

This is a hands-on customer support role focused on helping customers troubleshoot and complete real-world sauna and steam projects. Youโ€™ll be working with physical systems such as wiring, plumbing, and installation conditionsโ€”not software or IT systems.

Bathing Brands โ€” a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of sauna and steam environments โ€” is seeking someone who is mechanically curious, enjoys problem solving, and can confidently guide customers through solutions over the phone and email.

You donโ€™t need prior sauna or steam experience โ€” weโ€™ll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand how things work, ask the right questions, and help customers move forward with confidence.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working through real-world challenges and are looking for an opportunity to build specialized knowledge in a growing, hands-on industry.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide phone and email support to homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients
  • Troubleshoot sauna and steam equipment, installation conditions, and site-specific challenges
  • Guide customers step-by-step through practical, real-world solutions
  • Learn how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to resolve more complex issues
  • Help maintain Bathing Brandsโ€™ strong reputation for service and product expertise

You Might be a Great Fit if You:

  • Enjoy figuring out how things work and solving problems
  • Have hands-on experience or interest in mechanical, construction, or repair environments
  • Like helping people and explaining solutions in a clear, practical way
  • Are curious, patient, and willing to learn something new

Helpful (Not Required) Backgrounds Include:

  • Construction or carpentry
  • Plumbing or electrical work
  • HVAC or mechanical systems
  • Equipment installation or repair
  • Technical field service

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Mechanical curiosity and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to think through problems and guide others step-by-step
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Comfortable using computers for communication and documentation (Outlook, Microsoft Office)

Benefits:

When you join Bathing Brands, not only do you get to work with some great folks, but youโ€™ll enjoy comprehensive benefits, too.

  • In-office work is required for this position, however a remote hybrid schedule is possible
  • A caring company culture with a casual, yet professional, work environment
  • PTO, holidays, and an annual paid community day to spend with a charity of your choice
  • Company-subsidized Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans are available along with dental, vision, short/long-term disability, and company-paid group AD&D life insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Referral Program
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with annual company matching funds
  • Profit Sharing Program with bi-annual payouts

Weโ€™re not just building bathing productsโ€”weโ€™re creating intentional experiences. The pace is high, the standards are real, and ownership matters here, so we know this wonโ€™t be the right fit for everyone.

But if you enjoy figuring things out, helping people solve real-world challenges, and learning something new alongside a driven team, Bathing Brands offers the chance to be part of something meaningfulโ€”work that directly impacts peopleโ€™s health and wellbeing.

If that sounds like you, weโ€™d love to hear from you.
