Position Overview
Stealth Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of Salesforce implementations and modernization projects in the public sector. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of project management best practices with experience leading Salesforce or enterprise CRM projects in Agile and hybrid environments.
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be based in the DMV area to support periodic in-person meetings with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and communications
  • Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, dashboards, and status reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins and project reviews
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and quality assurance testers
  • Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid project methodologies, depending on client context
  • Support backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions in coordination with product owners and business leads
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively communicate resolutions
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and contract requirements
  • Lead and support key project ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Prepare required project documentation in accordance with both client and internal standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing Salesforce or CRM-related projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering technical projects on time and within scope
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and tracking tools
Required Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder
  • Experience managing Salesforce projects for public sector or federal clients
  • Experience managing subcontractors or blended delivery teams
  • Working knowledge of government IT standards and contract compliance.
  • Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
