Certified Athletic Trainer - Full -Time Industrial Setting - Worksteps

No Nights or Weekends ATC position!

We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting employee health, injury prevention, and occupational wellness within an industrial environment.

Position Responsibilities
  • Participate in case management and early injury intervention programs
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive injury prevention initiatives
  • Provide job coaching and employee education on safe work practices
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to reduce injury risks
  • Perform postural and body mechanics evaluations
  • Facilitate successful return-to-work programs for injured employees
  • Collect and track program utilization data, outcomes, and metrics
  • Prepare cost comparison analyses and reporting
  • Maintain accurate injury records and documentation
  • Support wellness and injury prevention program promotions
  • Conduct WorkSTEPS post-offer employment testing
Schedule
  • Full -Time: 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday - Some early morning coverage is required
  • No weekends or holidays
