Join Our Team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician!

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of keeping a hotel running smoothly? If so, we want you to join our team at Staybridge Suites in West Des Moines, IA as a Hotel Maintenance Technician!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and mechanical rooms.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff members.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel by conducting regular inspections and maintaining building codes compliance.
  • Working closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address any maintenance issues that may arise.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
