  • STAT 415 - Introduction to Mathematical Statistics
  • STAT 416 - Stochastic Modeling
  • STAT 418 - Introduction to Probability and Stochastic Processes for Engineering
  • STAT 460 - Intermediate Applied Statistics
  • STAT 461 - Analysis of Variance
  • STAT 462 - Applied Regression Analysis
  • STAT 463 - Applied Time Series Analysis
  • STAT 466 - Survey Sampling
  • STAT 480 - Introduction to SAS
  • STAT 483 - Statistical Analysis System Programming.

Statistic UTA's will be involved with the grading of assignments for a given class based on a scoring rubric developed by the supervising faculty member. These might include daily problems, quizzes, pre-lab assignments, or laboratory reports. Qualified applicants should have taken the course they will be grading and earned at least a B+ or better and must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Also, they should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and organized and have excellent time management skills.
Preference will be given to students majoring or minoring in Statistics. Please upload a cover letter, resume, and a recent transcript with your application. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and reviewed as the need arises.
