JobSummary:

This position assists in the assurance of the manufacture of high-quality products through the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive program of materials and product testing, analysis, and reporting.As our QualityControl Technician, you are the final line of defense.You'llensure every piece of material-from the moment it arrives at our door, through the heat of production, to the final finished product-meetsour elite standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day impact:

• Be the Expert:Follow and master our inspection procedures to test, evaluate, and analyze everything we build.

• Drive the Data:Use your skills to record and report quality data, ensuring our reliability is second to none.

• The Certification Guru:Prepare and submit product samples to accreditation agencies-helping us keep ourhigh qualityreputation.

• Team Collaborator:Partner with production crews to measure, test, and tabulate the data that makes us better.

• The Quality Messenger:Keep the team in the loop on quality trends and issues in real-time, helping us solve problems before they even start.

• Strategic Solver:Interface with Management and Engineering to tackle quality hurdles and find creative resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and a true team player. You should have:

• Quality Credentials:You should have a certification in quality control, such as anAmerican Society for Quality (ASQ)certification.

• System Knowledge:You have experience working withISO 9001or other quality management systems.

• The Toolbox:You understandStatistical Process Control (SPC)techniques and the core principles and methods of quality control.

• Technical Savvy:You can read and interpret technical documents and blueprints with ease.

• Precision and Focus:You have excellent attention to detail,maintainaccuraterecords, and can prioritize your work efficiently.

• Strong Communicator:Youpossessthe verbal and written skills needed to explain quality issues clearly to everyone on the team.

• Analytical Mindset:You enjoy using your analytical skills to solve problems and find better ways to do things.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field

Qualifications & Skills
