Because this position requires regular on-site work at our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available for this role.
American Greetings is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Statistical Analyst to join our Insights and Analytics team.
This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, reporting, and dashboarding while working alongside experienced analytics professionals.
Reporting to an I&A Director, the Statistical Analyst will learn AG's data sources, business functions, and analytical tools to help solve business challenges through data-driven insights


The role includes supporting reporting processes, conducting statistical analyses, assisting with A/B testing initiatives, and collaborating with business partners to improve decision-making and customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a degree in a quantitative field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in a business analytics environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gain a working knowledge of AG data sources, data structures, analytical tools, and business operations.
Execute standard reporting and analytical processes under the guidance of an I&A Director.
Assist with analytical projects and tasks to develop proficiency in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and reporting using tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, methodologies, and process documentation.
Collaborate with an I&A Director and Senior/Master Statistical Analysts to communicate project objectives, status updates, and findings to internal stakeholders.
Analyze data and summarize findings to support business decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
