Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in data analysis and proficiency in SQL. This role requires a deep understanding of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files, as well as the ability to create source-to-target mapping documents with appropriate transformations. The candidate should have exceptional knowledge of these files and be able to effectively communicate in the healthcare language.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files.
  • Analyze and interpret these files at a granular level, identifying key data elements and their relationships.
  • Create source-to-target mapping documents, ensuring accurate and appropriate transformations.
  • Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to extract, manipulate, and cleanse data for analysis purposes.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
