Overview:
To maintain a pleasant guest experience by inspecting dishes and cleaning the station area.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide highest quality customer service to all guests.
  • Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests.
  • Expedite food by inspecting dishes for visual appeal and to ensure that food is properly prepared and served at the proper temperature in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment. Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down areas, and wiping down glass. Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet stations.
  • Must possess knowledge of dining room service procedures, table numbers and full familiarity with the food and beverage menu.
  • Maintain temperatures and freshness of food on buffet.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork by communicating effectively and positively with staff.
  • Able to set up and break down buffet in a timely manner.
  • Able to perform any other job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to lift and carry 25lbs routinely and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Able to bend, walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean in the course of daily business for extended periods of time
  • State issued Food Handler's Certificate
