Enjoy job variety as you oversee all aspects of station operations, from check-in to boarding, baggage handling, and ground support. You’ll coordinate with airline partners, airport authorities, and government agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your strategic input will be crucial in optimizing resources, improving turnaround times, and driving continuous process improvements. You’ll also select, lead and develop a diverse team, providing training and performance evaluations to maintain high standards.

Work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You’ll manage operational disruptions, emergencies, and irregular operations, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation regulations.

Travel will be a key part of your role, allowing you to oversee station performance at various airports and implement best practices across the network.

What you’ll do

Oversee guest services, baggage handling, ground support, fueling, and other station functions to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Develop and implement processes that improve resource utilization, turnaround times, service delivery, and overall station performance.

Support the opening of new stations, including operational planning, staffing, and team member recruitment.

Partner with airline operations, airport authorities, government agencies, and internal corporate teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Monitor operational processes, analyze reports and metrics, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.

Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for station operations.

Foster a guest-focused culture that supports a positive and seamless experience for all guests.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role managing a diverse team.
  • At least 5 years of airline operations experience.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and airport operating environment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, including operational and regulatory documents.
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, tablets, and related business tools.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Eligibility to obtain required credentials and clearances, including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal clearances, as applicable.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida.
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 airline operations.
