Training Coordinator Overview: We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support training programs, sales teams, and customer interactions. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, supporting trainers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day training operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate training logistics (registrations, travel, meals, and accommodations) Support training events and troubleshoot logistical issues Respond to internal and customer inquiries Manage follow-up for training attendees (materials, certificates, surveys) Assist with tracking training records, invoices, and funding requests Provide cross-functional support as needed Qualifications: 2–4 years of administrative or coordination experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Experience in training, education, or event coordination preferred Industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, or similar) is a plus Pay: $25–$27/hour (DOE) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
