Job description

Overview
The Training Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the scheduling and organization of agency training and training team initiatives. This position is responsible for supporting, cultivating, and maintaining effective coordination activities that promote performance-based initiatives under general supervision.

Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
  • Maintain Arrow's training calendar and other employee-facing training coordination materials.
  • Provide resources, act as a liaison, and provide support to agency trainers for instructor-led training sessions.
  • Provide Tier 2 Training Helpdesk response, as appropriate.
  • Support development of data collection mechanisms and compile data to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Support LMS administrator(s) in managing employee training records.
  • Support agency leaders and employees in data mining from the LMS.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient team operation.
  • Participate in cross-training and special projects as needed.
  • Develop knowledge of all programs supported by Arrow Child & Family Ministries, including an understanding of the culture, values, principles, and practices.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Arrow policy, and accreditation standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, and one year of related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
