The Role

The Bilingual (Spanish) Training Coordinator at FreshDirect will ensure new employees are prepared for Day 1 at FreshDirect. The Training Coordinator collaborates with the HR team and Plant Leadership to maintain accurate training materials that align with the plant's training plan. The Training Coordinator will also stay updated on local and state training programs and incentives.

What You'll Do

The training coordinator will lead and manage new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and well organized onboarding experience for all incoming employes.

Assist Training manager with different training programs.

Coordinate and schedule training with plant leadership and HR.

Maintain training records for all employees.

Proactively develop, document, and maintain plant-specific training SOP's, ensuring they are shared with all levels of plant leadership.

Ensure all new hires have completed the entire training course.

Serve as the primary point of contact for plant employees, leadership, third parties for all plant training needs and request.

What You'll Bring

Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

2+ years of experience working as a coordinator, HR Assistant, or learning program administration roles.

Adept communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Demonstrable computer literacy skills, particularly using Microsoft Office applications - with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

Comfortable participating as a key project stakeholder.

Ability to plan, multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

Passionate about learning and trying new things.

Must be reliable and willing to work flexible hours.

Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture.
